Wide Horizon Care Hospice

Wide Horizon Care is a palliative care center which provides professional palliative care for the aged & terminally ill who cannot be cared for at home although a fee is payable for the service it is subsidized by
fundraising efforts. Wide Horizon has a fully serviced HIV clinic with over 800 beneficiaries and a Grandmothers programme for Granny's caring for their orphaned Grandchildren, and home based nursing care for those being cared for at home. We monitor medication, patients condition and communicate with the patients family and medical team. Bereavement care is also offered.
