The Mila (Zulu word for grow) Association was established to assist in community development focusing on youth. Being in a rural community in a developing country our youth are currently at a stage where intervention plans need to be executed. Our aim is to cultivate young people to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. We believe that this is vital for growth, not only for the individual, but for our nation as a whole. It is our young people that will be the driving force behind our economic growth, but they need organisations like ours to help them achieve their potential.
