The Care Bear Project

The Care Bear Project was started in 2015 by Rebecca Pinnell, a B.Acc student at Stellenbosch University, and is a community project uplifting local rural communities, by providing employment and much-needed income for the families, and by using the product of their work, the bears, as a means of bringing joy to the children in these communities – many of whom have never received a new toy in their lives. We are a fully constituted and registered non-profit organization.
