The Skin Cancer Foundation has a Skin Cancer Update annually with focus sessions that will update all delegates and trade on the latest trend in skin cancer awareness, education, prevention and treatment. Facilitating these events and projects requires special skill and insight, which the SCFSA will provide. The Skin Cancer Foundation of South Africa (SCFSA) is an independent, self-funded organisation dedicated to preventing skin cancer and implementing a National Skin Cancer Screening Day, where South Africans can be screened for skin cancer free-of-charge in September. The initial priority of the recently founded SCFSA is to establish a comprehensive skin cancer prevention strategy for the people of South Africa.
