Soul Donations

24th August 2019, UCT Student Uyinene Mrwetyana went to the South African Post Office and was brutally raped and murdered. This was a story we as South Africans were facing far too often and together, decided to march to the South African Parliament to demand protection over our women and children.

5th September is the day we decided ENOUGHISENOUGH. We were inspired and encouraged by a fierce South African activist, Lucinda Evens. Her voice, her story, her courage ripped through the crowds.

5th September our hearts were set on fire and #365women came alive.
