Sizanani

Sizanani, Academy of Sewing and Design caters to the full-time and part-time student who wants to learn a sewing skill to enable them to sew for their family and community members. All students who graduate from the one or two years courses have a skill that will enable them to earn a living for themselves at home.

Students contribute towards their training at a subsidised rate, while fundraising by the Centre covers the full cost of training a student.

Sewing machines are also available for purchase by students, through the Centre and can be paid off during the training year.

Students work towards a 1 year Sizanani certificate or a 2 year Sizanani diploma.
