Sithanda ukufunda - We love to read

Latest research shows that only 22% of 11 years olds in rural areas in South Africa are considered literate. Through our mobile library we aim to help learners in less-advantaged schools on the Lower South Coast of KZN to read and to love reading. At present we visit 15 Primary schools and 3 High schools. Refer to our Facebook page for pictures and more information. We plan to expand into the Eastern Cape in 2016 where the need is even greater than KZN. Our books are mostly donated by friends, concerned business and other organisations.
