God’s expectation is that we continue our spiritual journey once we are born again. “So that we may present everyone perfect in Christ” Colossians 1:28 “Until we all reach unity in the Faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining the whole measure of the fullness in Christ.” Ephesians 4:13 He wants us to grow, to mature, to become perfect, attaining the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. The pastoral team in our church is here to help you in this process of spiritual maturity.

We all have a journey that we are on and want to assist you to reach the potential that God has given you. Our spiritual journey starts when we BELIEVE in Jesus and accept him into our lives. “For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son that whoever BELIEVES in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.

We continue the journey when we get into a community of other likeminded Believers and start growing in our faith. This is where we start to BELONG. Where we can learn and grow together in God. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other Romans 12:5.

As we grow and mature in God a natural reaction is that we want to start using the gifts that God has given us to serve others. This is how we BECOME all that God wants us to be. We start to fulfill the destiny that God has for our lives and use our gifts and abilities to help others in a way that brings honor and glory to God. This is what Jesus said: “Follow me and I will make you become fishers of men” God knows that each of us are at a different stage of our spiritual journey and he wants us to keep growing.
