Phaphama Initiatives NPC facilitates experiential life skills coaching and mentorship, creating long term positive change in people’s lives. The aim is to empower people on a personal level, so they develop healthy social relationships in their family and community. Our training also produces highly skilled facilitators capacitated to do effective community development at a grassroots level. The aim is to achieve our vision of flourishing, resilient communities founded on active citizenship and dynamic, healthy interpersonal relationships.
