Parkhurst Residents and Business Owners Associatio

The Parkhurst Residents & Business Owners Association (PRABOA) exists to maintain and improve the suburb of Parkhurst for its stakeholders, including all residents and business. PRABOA is funded solely by membership fees, donations and monies collected from special projects.
We are a volunteer-based organisation that serves as the fourth tier of Government; the link between the ratepayers, residents and businesses of Parkhurst and the City of Johannesburg authorities and public bodies.
