Palesa Pads Foundation NPC

Millions of girls in Africa miss 3-5 days of school each month during their menstruation due to a lack of sanitary pads. This leads to the situation known as period poverty. We aim to end period poverty with a sustainable and practical solution that is comfortable, affordable, and environmentally friendly. Palesa Pads can be worn for up to 5 years. Each pad replaces 200 disposable pads. To date, we have helped keep over 120 000 girls in school.
