Open Door Youth Centre

Sadly as our society continues to deteriorate, a whole generation is hanging in the balance. Youth and children in our communities are facing a crisis unlike any other time in history.

As youth has always been Rev. Deon Jacob’s heartbeat, the vision of establishing and building a Youth centre was birthed in December 2014. The Open Door Youth Centre organisation was established in January 2015 by Reverend Deon Jacobs & wife Amanda Jacobs.

The Open Door Youth Centre (ODYC) is a registered, Christian-based, Non Profit Company in Lotus River – Cape Town.

Our mission:

• Is to assist youth in reaching their full potential as healthy and well-adjusted individuals by delivering a continuum of prevention, assessment, intervention, treatment and counselling services

• To provide equal opportunities for holistic & community upliftment offered in a safe environment, with its aim to develop individuals who in turn will be able to contribute positively to society as a whole.
