CareerBuild provides youth with opportunities to identify their talents and purpose, as well as explore possible career paths and business options. We bridge the gap between education and meaningful participation in the economy, either through formal employment or entrepreneurship. Our programmes foster resilience, enhance decision-making skills and increase income generation potential.
