The objectives of MAYO are as follows:
- Reduce the poor performance at schools
- Expose youth (secondary students) to tertiary institutions and engage students in the fight against unemployment
- Organize workshops and seminars aimed at developing the youth like the Life skills workshop
- Source internships in the corporate sectors for student.
- To assist youth (students) with the acquisition of bursaries and scholarships.
