Knysna Sedgefield Hospice

Knysna Sedgefield Hospice provides the best possible, holistic palliative care and support to anyone facing a life-threatening illness, as well as their family. Our compassionate team works together to give hope, dignity, and relief to each of our patients, as well as bereavement, and other support to their children and families.

Since 1986 we have served the area between Harkerville and Wilderness in the Western Cape. We care for over 210 patients a month, including an average of 11 sick children. We care for our patients at no cost to them, and without prejudice or favouritism.

Our staff make more than 1 230 home visits a month to bring hope to the homes of our patients and courage to over 500 children and other family members.
