KDF's work focuses on addressing some of the key challenges in the education sector, related to Capacity development; Supply of Learning & Teaching Support Materials; ICT (technology infrastructure and training); Health & school safety (specific focus on the girl child); Nutrition education; and Enrichment (sport and arts).

Our operating model includes assessment of needs and partnering with government, the private sector, and civil society to develop products and services to meet the needs of the education sector, securing the required funding and implementing tailor-made projects.

Our implementation model includes identification of beneficiary schools, stakeholder engagement, practitioner training and support, delivery of resources, project monitoring and evaluation, and project communication and publicity.
