Jagersbosch

The services provided by Jagersbosch are essential for the well-being of our community. Most of the services are provided to the poorest of the poor and to previously disadvantaged members of the community. the services include the following: preventative health care services( monitoring of blood pressure and blood sugar) and regular visits to frail and disabled members of the community; home-based care, respite and palliative care and any other service needed, which includes transport and shopping. At least 5 000 meals are provided to children, older persons, persons with disabilities, homeless (bosslapers) and anybody else in need of a meal.
