Izwi Lothando home and community (ILHC) based services is an organization that was established in 2013 and formally registered as a Non-Profit Organization on May 15 2014. It was established by its Founder and Director Mr Phila Zulu who matriculated in 2005 and holds a Diploma in Human Resources obtained from Oval International Computer College.
