Izandla Zobomi

Izandla Zobomi is a relief project in times of crisis related to Covid 19 in Cape Town, South Africa with particular focus on families in Khayelitsha township. The project also reaches community-based puppeteers in need.

Run by UNIMA SA- (the South African association for puppetry)  and is made possible by ROKPA International.

Izandla Zobomi supports life through essential nourishment of the body, and creative spirit. We focus on four areas of support:

· Food parcels for families in need
· Creative materials, essential stationary and learning support materials for children
· The establishment of a food garden at Indawo Yobom, Makhaza.
· Income generating crafts for recipients

We are excited to know this project will continue to grow and touch lives

Every R50 donation can provide food for one person for a week.
