Hospice East Rand

Hospice East Rand offers active,total care for patients whose disease is no longer responsive to curative treatment. This includes control of pain and other unpleasant symptoms and psychosocial, social and spiritual support. The goal of palliative care is the achievement of the best quality of life for patients and their families. Care is given in the patient's own home or in the Hospice In-Patient Unit in Benoni.
