Girls With Wiings

Girls With Wiings is an organisation that sows hope and restores the dignity of homeless and underprivileged women. We are currently achieving this by distributing sanitary products to homeless & underprivileged women on a monthly basis.

The organisation was founded in June 2016. Since inception, we have distributed over 9000 sanitary products to women & girls in need. We are currently assisting 250 women each month.

• Woodstock
• Salt River
• Observatory
• Mowbray
• Rondebosch
• Claremont
• Wynberg
• Kenilworth
• Lansdowne
• Flamingo informal settlement

Our core values are: teamwork, accountability, discipline, passionate giving, open minded and integrity.

Our long-term vision is restoring the dignity of poor and vulnerable women. This mean a society where the rights to basic health, sanitation and menstrual health management for the poor and vulnerable is prioritised and addressed.
