Friends of Vista Nova

Friends of Vista Nova is a registered Not for Profit Organisation with the sole purpose of raising funds for the Vista Nova School, situated in Cape Town, South Africa.

The Vista Nova School caters for learners with Cerebral Palsy and other learning disabilities. Unlike traditional community based schools, Vista Nova caters for learners all over the Cape Peninsula. The school operates an extensive wheelchair equipped bus service to ensure that its special learners can make it to and from school.

Friends raise funds from a variety of sources to subsidise the budgetary shortfall that the school experiences on an annual basis. Funds are also raised for larger expenditure projects such as building expansion and overall school maintenance.
