The NGO was founded in 2008 and was officially registered under the Department of Social Development (DSD) registration act as an NPO in 2010. Limited national justice system with lack of flow of information, inequality and inaccessibility of justice services for the disadvantaged communities and vulnerable groups prompted a team to start this organization to address unmet needs in diverse communities in South Africa.
