Flair SA has been founded by individuals who understand the challenges many face in the workplace today; including gender-based discrimination. As a national trade union and registered non-profit organisation, we provide support with all labour matters, including employment contract review, grievances, unfair labour practices and unfair dismissal.

Our primary focus remains the advancement of gender equality in the South African labour market.
