The Danish Society was founded in November 1920 and is home based in Gauteng province, South Africa.
Our aim is to preserve, maintain, promote and encourage Danish history, culture and language in South Africa. We organize events to celebrate Danish holidays and festivals and activities related to Danish traditions.
