The Legend Activate strategy involves empowering individuals with the entrepreneurial, leadership, literacy, and life skills which they need, as positive agents of socioeconomic change in their own communities and beyond.
The Legends on our various programmes will complete Growth Empowerment Modules (GEMs), which equip them with the knowledge and practical skills they will need to become competitive contributors to the local and global markets. Additionally, the participants will develop fluency in English, the international language of business, by completing our Reading with Understanding course.
All our Legends also gain essential practical experience by starting their own microbusiness with expert help, eventually employing two others as well as themselves. This drives immediate personal empowerment and economic growth, as the snowball effect of education, equipping, and empowerment begins rolling through communities
