Coming Home Organisation (CHO) was registered in 2019 as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) with the Department of Social Development. CHO is also registered with the South African Revenue Services as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) and is accredited to issue Section 18 Certificates to donors.
Our Vision
Empowering chronic disease survivors and their families to get access to the best long term, good quality care and rehabilitation.
Our Mission
To provide customized medical support program to ensure rapid recovery in the comfort of the patient's own home; hence decreasing the chances of re-admission to hospital whilst increasing the patient's reintegration back into the family and society in general.
Our Goals and Objectives The CHO support program was set up to benefit the indigent survivors of chronic illness via nutrition , education, support groups & rehabilitation, based on individual needs.
