Bikkur Cholim

Bikkur Cholim (The Jewish Society for Visiting the Sick) have a group of dedicated volunteers who go on a regular basis to visit various hospitals, clinics and nursing homes in the Johannesburg area.
They offer comfort to patients, a token gift, and any other support, whether it is a lift back from the hospital, a meal the night that they get home or accessing medical equipment.
Camp Kesher (Creating Connections) is our camp that is held every December holiday in Lakeside, Cape Town. We cater for Jewish children aged 8-16, who for financial, emotional or other reasons cannot or would rather not attend one of the other available camps.
