Alta du Toit Aftercare is a centre where adults (18 years and older) with intellectual disabilities receive care and are developed in order to reach their full potential in life. The centre has been in existence for 35 years.
59 years ago the parents of Alta du Toit did not give up hope when their daughter was diagnosed with Downs Syndrome. Today, Alta and a 184 other clients benefit from this dream at the Alta du Toit Aftercare centre, a safe haven where they can live and work.
