All Progressive Congress South Africa Chapter

All Progressives Congress (APC), South Africa Chapter was officially recognized by the Party Headquarters in Abuja on April 18, 2016. Prior to this event, the body had submitted documentations and made follow-up visits which culminated into this formal recognition with an official mandate letter signed by the Chairman of the Party, Chief John E.K. Odigie-Oyegun and addressed to Hon. Engr. Bola Babarinde, the current Pro Tem Chairman, on behalf of APC, South Africa.

With this mandate, Hon. Babarinde and his faithful party members from inception have worked assiduously to put the structures in place. APC is the official ruling party in Nigeria and the chapters of the Party outside the country is willing to receive membership and accommodate inputs from Nigerians in Diaspora with the single purpose of transmission of such detailed pieces of advice and suggestions to Nigeria for the development of our country.

APC South Africa is open to all Nigerians living in South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia and Botswana as members with equal status within the party structure. The cardinal principle is to promote APC programmes and achievements also make our own contributions to make Nigeria a better place for all her people.

APC South Africa chapter provides to Nigerians living in South Africa and neighboring States, useful information from the party to help them participate in the Nigerian political process. Currently, the APC South Africa head office is resident in Waverley Area of Pretoria, Gauteng Province, South Africa
