ALCARF is to be a point of reference in matters of the creation of broad-based improvements in the lives of the South African Youths as we have on this note buckled up to fight against all forms social vices, ranging from drug abuse, cultism, robbery, political thugry, religious crisis/conflicts, child abuse/slavery/laboring, women abuse, women discrimination, gender inequalities, corruption and terrorism; support and protection; training and development; and sustainable economic empowerment.
To conduct relevant social research so as to provide and initiate effective interventions which tends to foster national amity and unity, thereby improving economic stability, security and global co-operation.
To upgrade and date with several information needed to discourage social vices and the act of terrorism amongst the populace. We ensure information strategies serve a great deal to illuminate against killjoy and render positive supports rather than create security barriers nationally.
